Landing’s Loft at Eagleview Landing

Extra Support, Right When It’s Needed

At Eagleview Landing, we understand that care needs do not change all at once. Often, they shift gradually. Landing’s Loft was created for those moments in between, when someone may have early to moderate cognitive changes, including a dementia diagnosis, and needs more support than personal care provides, but is not yet ready for a secure memory care neighborhood.

This program offers added guidance, structure, and peace of mind in a setting that feels familiar and comfortable. The goal is simple. Provide the right level of support while honoring independence, dignity, and individual choice.

What Is Landing’s Loft?

Landing’s Loft is a supportive option designed to gently bridge the gap between personal care and memory care. Residents receive increased oversight, more one-on-one interaction, and daily routines that adapt as needs change.

By offering this added support within Eagleview Landing, residents do not have to face an abrupt move or major transition. Instead, care evolves thoughtfully at a pace that feels right.

Residents in Landing’s Loft are also welcome to take part in the broader personal care activities and dining experiences at Eagleview Landing, or they may choose the more intimate Loft setting, where the pace is calmer and there is less hustle and bustle.

What Makes Landing’s Loft Different

More Support Without Losing Independence

Residents benefit from increased supervision while still being encouraged to stay engaged and independent whenever possible.

Caregivers Who Understand Cognitive Change

Our team is trained to recognize and respond to dementia-related changes, allowing them to offer care that is proactive, patient, and informed.

More Time and More Attention

With smaller care ratios and more personalized interaction, residents receive the attention they need throughout the day.

Care That Adjusts as Needs Change

Subtle changes are noticed early so care plans can be adjusted thoughtfully before challenges become overwhelming.

Meaningful Daily Routines

Activities and daily schedules are designed to provide structure, comfort, and purpose while still honoring individual preferences.

Reassurance for Families

Families can feel confident knowing their loved one is supported in a safe, nurturing environment where well-being always comes first.

Who Might Be a Good Fit for Landing’s Loft?

Landing’s Loft may be a good fit for individuals who experience one or more of the following:

Have a diagnosis of dementia or are experiencing noticeable cognitive changes, but do not yet need a secure memory care neighborhood

Are safe in an open environment but benefit from more supervision, cueing, or reassurance throughout the day

Need more structure and routine than personal care alone can provide

May struggle with decision-making, short-term memory, or daily organization, even with existing support

Would benefit from caregivers who are trained to recognize and respond to cognitive changes

Are at risk of becoming overwhelmed by a larger or less structured setting

Want to remain in a familiar environment while receiving additional support

May eventually need memory care and would benefit from a gradual, supportive transition—or may thrive long-term with added care in place

Landing’s Loft is designed for those who need more, but not too much—offering individualized support that can evolve as needs change, without rushing decisions or forcing a next step before it’s truly needed.
